The way I understand it, the Pope can own the building for all it matters. It's the fact that the LAND the building sits on is owned by the city. Maybe the city needs to get a new deputy attorney that can actually understand the law. I think that some of this "stuff" needs to be slapped down hard by the AG. If hes got the cajones.
