I think you can get a non-resident Utah license and be covered in almost all the same states that our fair one honors. It doesn't require any class time, IIRC. Just some money and a bg-check.

Tell me more. How does one go about applying for this? Would it cover me if I decide to "carry" in Texas? So many questions.......
