Have you looked at Alien Gear's 'Cloak Tuck 2.0' ? At $36 it's hard to go terribly wrong. There are all the common clip add-on extras and the provided hardware allows you to adjust standoff. They can search if you allow them to search. You don't have to allow them to search but they don't have to let you work there.
