Geez........didn't mean to start this....but I will say this.......

Just stop next time you are in the post office and READ the sign!

In order to be charged you have to be in the act of committing a crime, or have the intent to commit a crime.

CHL holders do not enter the Post Office with the intent to commit a crime. Therefore it is not against any law to Carry Normally in the Post Office.

(Same as a Bank) - and please don't get going on the Bank Deal as being Federal either!

Texas CHL holders are allowed to carry in Post Offices. Do some research.
