I understand you point and agree. However, the red portion you highlighted was intended for the circumstance at hand and not to be taken out of context. It was a Armed Robbery. Armed robbery is a FELONY. A Felony in progress justifies using deadly force to stop the threat. You have to decide on your own if you are willing and capable of stopping the threat IN PROGRESS. If you do, successfully, you will face no charges. ![tiphat :tiphat:](./images/smilies/tiphat.gif)
