Nice Stang! What's the factory HP/Torque rating on that?

The "official" figures are HP - 412 @ 6,500 and Torque 390 @ 4,250. I also have the Brenbo brake package and a few other options on mine. It makes my short commute to work a heck of a lot of fun!

Very nice. You have good reason to be proud of it! :tiphat:

Re: What was the most unusual car you or your father owned

Nice cars.
VERY NICE Nova! Love the color!

I too had a 1987 or so Fiero. Me and my young son (5 at the time) called it my "poor man's Ferrari". "rlol" "rlol"

There's a Fiero Club that meets at a BBQ place in Dallas (same as the Mustang Club I used to be associated with) that has a bunch of really nice modded Fiero's.

Don't know if you noticed in the Mustang mod list that it has a Corvette style T-56 6 speed tranny.
So, ....... it's part Chevy.....kinda..... :smilelol5:

What was the most unusual car you or your father owned

Another Forum I visit had a thread running on this topic and I thought it would be fun to start one here.

I will start it off:
MY FIRST CAR and start of modding things......
Many moons ago, at the age of 16-17, I had a 1940 Ford Business Coupe with a flathead V8, 3 speed column shift.

I had the engine reworked with Mercury crank/pistons/rods and a few other things I can't remember. Took it out for a test drive (still with the hood off) and under heavy power I hit second and blew the transmission!

Went off to the Navy with the car sitting in the backyard and when I came back on leave a while later, my Mother had sold the car. Found out later the Guy that bought it got it only for the engine that he put into a Ford pickup.

He was beating 390 Fords in drags with that pickup/engine!
