I received my Renewal Packet in October and it contained two fingerprint cards! I will also add here that with the change in application fees for Veterans, our checklist should also contain a note to ensure you include a COPY of your DD-214 (Honorable) to receive your 50% Discount of the application fee. Just a COPY is fine and it does not have to be notarized.
