Why is he carrying anyway at a children's sporting event?

If I'm not mistaken, he is violating Texas Law!

But, with regard to the picture.....that is exactly why I always sit down with my carry side to the wall (or inside a booth) to eliminate that possibility.

And I don't do sporting activities........
