I have been by there many times, but always in a hurry and no time to stop.
I may make it a point to drive down in the "Hot Rod" one day and look it over.
I hope it is not posted against CHL'ers in any way!

I had heard a similar one before but the question about the Ranger's .45 cocked and locked was "Isn't that dangerous"? Ranger's answer was "I hope so".
I guess there are many of these "folklore" stories, all with different/similar answers from the Ranger.......
Still, the Texas Rangers are one of the greatest supporters of the 1911 pistol and the heritage is a very long one.
