You also have to remember if you don't use a trust. You can't "loan" the device to anyone without you being present. So in my case my father wouldn't be able to use my suppressors without me present and they couldn't be stored at his house if needed. Also if something happens to me then really no one else can posses them without technically breaking the law.

I still think a trust is the way to go. It provides much more benefit then negative to me.
