Re: NRA National Meeting May 3-6 -- Anybody Worried?
It isn't a big deal to me, just surprised that they aren't more personalized or have a QR code so that vendors could scan it and capture your info if you were interested in a product and wanted to be added to a mailing list.mojo84 wrote:They are just tickets to get in the door and identify you as a member instead of an exhibitor or employee.. What's the big deal? If you really need a fancy badge you can have your own made as I showed in my previous post.

Re: NRA National Meeting May 3-6 -- Anybody Worried?
So there is no name, number, barcode, or any other identifier? Not sure I understand the point of it... seems it would have been easier and cheaper to just show my membership card.Grundy1133 wrote:I'm unimpressed with it lol. the sleeve is nice but the badge itself just says "NRA Dallas 2018" very generic.strogg wrote:Still waiting for my badge...

Re: NRA National Meeting May 3-6 -- Anybody Worried?
I don't think I have ever seen a taxi in North Texas outside of DFW or Love Field airports! DART is probably the best option.Grundy1133 wrote:If you're going all 3 days might i suggest taking a taxi to avoid parking issues? If you're staying in a hotel just take a taxi from the hotel. or if you LIVE in the area just take a taxi to the convention center.strogg wrote:That's my number one worry too. I have no idea how the parking situation will be. I'll probably drive my small car there to help with parking. If the protests are anything like SHOT show this year, I won't be worried at all. If this is going to be 10x worse than the protests at SHOT show, then... well, we'll be expecting all of 10 weirdos.bblhd672 wrote:I’m worried, about where to park and how much it’s going to cost per day. I’m going all 3 days.
