1) They fix the sign. Congratulations, carry is now banned there. Is this really what you intended to happen?
2) They don't fix the sign. Nothing changes, except you don't get to show off your knowledge of Texas firearms law to the proprietor.
Notice that neither of those is a positive outcome.
If you see an invalid sign, don't bother to correct them, you're not doing us a favor.
