Texas is a big place. With less than 4% of the population licensed, it seems unlikely that you would see anyone carrying openly in the normal course of events.The issue was never that large numbers of license holders would choose to carry openly. The media and a few outspoken groups promoted that myth. I've carried openly in AZ, CO, OK, and NM. Now I can carry openly off of my property.
