So what I've read, is compelling. In other words you can only disclose information that you at willing to disclose. Meaning. When you are stopped for a traffic violation you have to show ur CHL/DL of course but you have the right not t answer any questions past that point. I've always have had bad experiences when stopped by law enforcement just cause I'm heavily tattooed being past military I have 0 respect for law enforcement showing me disrespect without knowing who I am. Just going off what they see doesn't make it right. So I myself disclose as little information to any officer that stops me since it's my constitutional right. That's being said I always record every traffic stop just for my personal safety since I am a carrying legally a firearm in my possession. And now days law enforcement can't be trusted
