I thought about getting one myself. I think I will now, but I will get the one rated for gun carry. I use to work for folks who would buy a small KIA then complain it would not pull their travel trailer. (example)
It may not have been the gun rated belt, but we don't know why the belt failed, apparently in an area that shouldn't be affected by carrying a firearm. But to say never contact us again is a poor business practice. I'll bet several on this forum will not do business with them because of what they perceive as poor customer service based on this thread. I am one.

I would never do business with a company that says "please never contact us again." Regardless of the product, issues, who is right and who is wrong.
