It may not have been the gun rated belt, but we don't know why the belt failed, apparently in an area that shouldn't be affected by carrying a firearm. But to say never contact us again is a poor business practice. I'll bet several on this forum will not do business with them because of what they perceive as poor customer service based on this thread. I thought about getting one myself. I think I will now, but I will get the one rated for gun carry. I use to work for folks who would buy a small KIA then complain it would not pull their travel trailer. (example)

I would never do business with a company that says "please never contact us again." Regardless of the product, issues, who is right and who is wrong.
