What signs aren't legal?

You can definitely be arrested. If you want to argue that the letters were .95 inches instead of 1 inch as your defense after arrest, bail, hiring an attorney and a trial, feel free. It would be a Class A misdemeanor if you refused to leave, a Class C if you didn't.

Personally, I read those signs as "I don't want your money, please shop with my competitors."

Re: Opinion on these 3 signs

Screenshot with rulers turned on in word attached. I can send you the word doc if you want to play with it yourself. It's absolutely possible. I'm not the guy you want to argue with about typesetting and fonts (especially with you using a serif font for testing). :)

To be sure of this, I tried to create a compliant sign. I'll spare the details unless somebody wants proof; the best I was able to get was 1/2 inch letters.
That paper is 8.5 inches wide and has seven lines of text. That leave .75 inches top and bottom for margins with no space between lines, or .50 or even .25 inches margin (that sign looks like .75) with space between the lines.

It can absolutely be compliant, according to the math. I'm definitely not going to risk having to measure letters on a sign and get a jury to agree that .95 inches invalidates the notice as my defense to prosecution.

Re: Opinion on these 3 signs

What doesn't make sense?

One is a TABC notice that unlicensed carry is a Felony. No bearing on LTC at all.

The other two are the statutory notices (30.06/30.07) that the owner bars concealed and open carry on the property.

Translation: take your business elsewhere.
