I don't recall which "association" it was that stopped in last summer at the instructor course, but I stopped listening when he spoke out against the MPA, because it's taking away business from CHL instructors.

I'd recommend creating your own presentation. I feel that it is better for the individual instructor and the students because you can design it to flow in the manner that you'd like your course to go and guide the students through the material.
