I thought (perhaps incorrectly) that one of the previous versions of campus carry was written such that it allowed carry for students, staff, and instructors only. While I was happy to see something moving forward, I recall thinking at the time that it would exclude parents, visitors, guest speakers, etc. from carrying concealed on campus.

However, I think now that this current version would not exclude the latter group, as it is written to be more inclusive of all concealed carry holders.

Am I correct in this?
