I came from the land of OC/CC, and could do both so never had to worry about intentionally displaying. I'm asking this as I'd truly like to know, not as flame bait...but being newish to TX I've never encountered these situations. So with this one - you get there, no 30.06 posting but they have a metal detector. It does go off and they ask you what it is and/or to remove it. What then?
