I'd found the phone number of (512) 424-7293 on the DPS website, is that the correct number? I've tried for a few days to reach an agent however everytime I get a recorded message of "due to high call volume our agents are unable to assist you at this time ..." There's gotta be a better w...

If they received it, it will not post on the website for a minimum of "weeks". A maximum of months, if ever. You did not send the originals, did you? You should scan the originals and upload them to the website. At least then you would/should get an email saying they received your documen...
