Re: Home Security Cameras.
My brother owns #1 Security Services and installs these all the time. For those clients with vulnerability he has had cages made for the DVR. Cages similar to jails bolted down and out of sight.

CHL 90 New boxes to check.....
So I see a new box option. Which one are we going to check? "I regularly instruct others in the use of handguns and I am applying for the renewal of my License to Carry a Handgun Instructor Certificate." or the time tested; "I am currently certified by the National Rifle Association o...

Re: Instructor renewal instructions
I finally got around to renewing today. I figured you guys have got all the bugs worked out by now.
Online app, cc info, attach certs and CHL-90, maybe 20 minutes tops.
What did I do wrong? That was way to easy.

Don't worry guys. The sign states "For the safety of our staff and customers..."
Without customers you need no staff. No staff-no more sign.

Re: Looking for a .22LR fun gun/rifle. Any ideas?
Here is an option that increases fun and accuracy. Loaned it to a buddy that was using his 10/22 right out of the box (after sighting in). He went from missing regularly to downing all the pigs, chickens, and other steel he set the sights on. http://appleseedproject.blogspot.com/2008/02/liberty-trai...

Re: Instructor Renewal in Houston
Thanks to Mr. Cotton for the qualification offer but the day job has me chained to a heavy ball and an endless wall of rock in front of me so unable the 29OCT event. If perhaps there is another opportunity in NOV count me in. If not, and there is another instructor that is unable the 29th and wants ...

Re: Fail to qualifiy three times
I had a gal fail the 1st try. Did not expect this as she was quite sharp during class. Went over the basics again. Grip, sight alignment/picture, breathing, and about 20 rds or so of additional training which included dry firing so she could dramatically see her flinching errors. Shot the qualificat...

Re: Instructor renewal
I like/sarc the way this is working out; documentation sent in MUST be 100% accurate or thrown out with no recourse, yet the info coming out is incomprehensible at best and may/may not meet deadlines.

"(Not trying to start a Lone Ranger fan club)"
Just trying to get a little closer to the original term of "shall not be infringed".
I thought the additional training would alleviate some of the anti's fears.

Do we need an additional rating for our CHL?
How about some ideas on advanced training/additional ratings? Do we need an additional rating such as a CHL Rating or an additional rating requiring advanced schooling, training and qualification? A rating such as an instrument rating for pilots or a specialty rating as seen in law and medicine. Cou...

Re: Do I correctly understand the law?
Correct me if I am wrong, but if you have received notice from your employer through the employee manual or "someone with apparent authority to act for the owner provides notice" orally, and the notice includes the parking lot or grounds, aren't you violating 30.06 by having a HG on or abo...
