Senate votes to lower 2/3 rule to 19/31

There are 20 Rs and 11 Ds. It now takes 19 senators to bring a floor vote.

I'm not sure what the long-term ramifications of this will be, but it's looking like the opposite of what's going to happen at the federal level right now.

EDIT: meaning that lots of things will go through vs. almost nothing going through.
