I like what they call "speed humps". When they're designed and built right, you can drive over them up to the speed limit without issue. At 5 over, they will loosen your teeth.
I don't know about that...I've found if you go fast enough you sort of just "fly" over them.
When we vacationed in Playa Del Carmen Mexico we discovered that the simple answer to speeding along divided highways was the bumps - placed every mile up and down the highway. You didn't want to fly over one because every third bump had an armored vehicle with a manned M60 and SWAT looking cops in the median. Lord only knows what a speeding ticket might cost.
