I will call them again next week. Application submitted 11/11 and all docs on 11/25. Zero updates.

I got to enjoy 28 minutes of hold music and got the same answer you did. I sent them an email in late December and it took them a month to reply saying it could take up to 8 weeks, it is over 10 weeks for me now with zero updates.

I'm with ya, guys. Still waiting on mine from November. Even Pun above got an update and I've got nothing. Not a single update.

Calling in, they gave me the same answer - too early and I need to wait. They also didn't have an explanation why December applicants are getting theirs and I'm not.

Nope, you are not alone. I received my e-mail confirmation 11/26 and still nothing.

I see DECEMBER folks getting theirs and yet we've not gotten a word about ours yet.

I got through by phone on Friday and the guy told me that they aren't up to the 3rd quarter of November yet.

All we can do is wait.... I'll call again next week if I hear nothing this week.

Application on the 11th. All docs emailed on the 23rd.

I've got nothing still. Status says "waiting documents".

When I call, no one can tell me anything.

Same here, sent mine certified Mail. They signed and received it Nov 12th and still no update online. I called there last week and was told they have all my paperwork but that they are very behind and that I can expect to wait till the end of March before I get it in the mail. Oh well, could be worse lol

Heck, when I called last week, they could even confirm that they GOT my peperwork. They said it wasn't possible to know, because I submitted online.

I've called them two times over the last month or so and I can never get a straight answer to a straight question: "Can you confirm that the paperwork I submitted online is showing as received?"

Rep could not say for sure.

Course done 11/23
All paperwork was emailed 11/25

Still waiting. Haven't had a single update yet.
