At least your mail carrier is not a DUMB A** like mine. I orderd a barrel break for my AR and they lost it!!!! And they don't care that they did!!!!! They are doing nothing about it!!!! I hope my plastic does not get lost !!!!!

first quote was Monday, second quote manufacturing pending was Tuesday, Wednesday status is showing mailed.... pretty soon will be the mandatory Wally walk :clapping:


Congrats on your mailed plastic. Mine showed under review yesterday and still shows the same today. I hope they are just not updating the system right and mine is in the mail. (crossed fingers)

When I receive mine in the mail I'm going straight home and putting my gun on. Then I may decide to go to Walmart and do a little shopping. LOL :thumbs2: The status as of now is waiting for the background check. I did not receive any status updates until yesterday. I submitted my paperwork last month around January 10.

Called today (02/19/14 - now 45 days from packet submission) and on-hold 22 min before getting "assistance" whereby was told I need to wait because it takes 60 days to process :mad5 and she was unable to tell me if they had all the materials :mad5 :mad5

I know this is the government (but it would be so much more efficient to update the stinking web site instead of hiring a hoard of people that can't give you information! :banghead:

And if we are to assume State Government is closer to the taxpayer ... I can't wait for Federal healthcare!


I think they work like 3 hours a day and answer your calls on a rotary phone lol. I swear I would love to complain to a higher up about the communication problems, But I would just get a generic email thanking me for emailing them lol. :leaving

They really frustrate me!!! I have sent many emails to them, and all I get is the generic bull. The status is still the same as always. When I get my plastic I won't know what to do with it lol. :cup:

When I e-mailed my paperwork in back in November, it took about 3 days to get a confirmation e-mail stating that my documents were received and forwarded to the appropriate person. Don't worry, it will get to them. Three days is a short wait compared to the 60-90 days it takes to get the license.. :(

When you submit your paperwork online you have to 1) select the files then 2) click upload then 3) click submit. Are you sure you are doing the upload step? It should change your file names to green text, and I could see how it would be easy to miss this step.

OMG you are right I did not upload the actual form. No wonder I never got a good email back. Thank you so much for sharing that tip. :txflag:
