While it's legal, I would suggest it's generally not a good idea though. Just pay the extra $200 and register an SBR too. Integral suppressors are nice, but they generally have a way to remove the baffles for cleaning, which isn't necessarily the case with a suppresor that was designed to be removable but that has been pinned.

Also if you only have one suppressor, you're stuck with it on that gun and can't move it to another.

No, I'm pretty sure not.
Yes, it's legal to use a permanently attached silencer to increase the length of a rifle barrel to >16" so the rifle remains a non-NFA firearm.

This. A permanently attached silencer counts towards barrel length, but from a functional point of view, it's less than ideal. Just spend the $200 on the SBR too.

Or suppress a 16" rifle. A couple of my 16" ARs are suppressed and they're not terribly unwieldy, though I prefer 11.5". Or suppress a bullpup if you want to stay with a title I rifle, but still want to keep it short.
