I know. For me I love my Glocks. But a couple of things concern me with her having a semi auto pistol.CompVest wrote:Why would you want her to get a airwieght revolver? 1). She has carpal tunnel pretty badly in her weak hand, I am concerned about her ability to operate the slide in clearing a malfuntion, changing mags, etc.... She has no problem on the range wen she's relaxed and proper stance yada, yada, yada...
2). Revolver is less prone to malfunction.
3). Revolver can be fired through clothing, purse, etc.... multiple times if necessary
4). If a revolver doesn't go bang the first time, just pull the trigger again, no slide to manipulate.
5). G26 wins hands down in capacity, especially with the +2 extension.
6). She is more accurate with the G26.
There are pros/cons to each I guess.
