12/6/2013 After 30 days - called state. Website shows docs incomplete. State doesn't answer phone - waited 37 minutes.
12/6/2013 Submitted docs on-line just for giggles.
12/6/2013 Reply by state that emailed scans forwarded to "Specialist"
12/10/2013 Called state again.......waited 24 minutes. Told they still don't have my documents and that it might be 8 (EIGHT.....OCHO) weeks before any change.
