(I have to do that every day when I arrive at and leave work.) I'm certainly not going to be as fast as I would be if I had OWB holsters, but I think awareness is worth more than speed anyway. If I become aware of a developing situation, my left hand will be in its pocket sliding a mag up while the right hand is moving closer to the grip of my weapon.
