Strong! I found it interesting that my status changed shortly after contacting them for a status update. I was on hold for a total of 45 minutes, but the nice lady said that they had all my paperwork and that she would forward my case for quicker processing. The confirmation email came back the following day 12/18/13.
I sent them an email yesterday to confirm receipt of the documents. No response to that email, but my status was updated today.
