you need to call them and follow up... I submitted on 12/17/13 and received an update last week. Now sitting at "Manufacturing".

The confirmation email came back the following day 12/18/13.

I sent them an email yesterday to confirm receipt of the documents. No response to that email, but my status was updated today.

If you are involved in a situation where weapons are displayed or shots are fired, it is not going to matter if you pull out you CHL badge , sash, blue and gold card or your superman cape. The device also has a 100 lumen light that has a strobe option. It's very disorienting and bright. Another tactical advantage. :)
