Mine was also mailed on 1/24/2014, although the website said "Mailed" on 1/23/2014. I received mine yesterday 1/27/2014.

The reason I asked is because I download the Gunfree app from the appstore and it was indicated there that Memorial City Mall was a gunfree zone. I'm just not sure how reliable this app is. But thank you for your response.

I'm a November applicant and just got my first update over the weekend. A friend of mine who sent his application back on mid October had his first update on the 31st of Dec 2013 and received his plastic 10 days later. So I'm hoping with the extra help that DPS is getting, it would be sooner than 10...
