Is the "special condition" because I'm military?

The person I talked to put me on hold for 20 min while he looked for my documents and then told me all of the required documents have been received but there was an issue with my finger prints. The computer was having a hard time accepting them and he had to force it. He then said I should have my license in about 45 days.

Going with the date of 09/18 I am now at 33 days with out an update on the website.

I emailed the TX DPS website asking about the barcode sheet and got this response:

"Thank you for using the Regulatory Services Division’s website.

The checklist and barcode page are only available online for 48 hours from the time you submitted the online application. Neither form is required for the training or the application process. You may mail in the application materials you have without it. You may include a hand written letter stating that you have already paid the fees online."

You check your spam filters? If you use Gmail log into it from your browser and see if you can find it.
