Of course. The Constitution. Why didn’t I think of that. The ultimate law of the land. No one would dare do anything counter to the Constitution or BOR. They could never get away with it SCOTUS would slap the effort down especially with all of the conservative judges Trump added. And you can’t forget about that stalwart Justice Roberts.
