I love statements like this. They're so easily refuted with fact:
Illegals got free healthcare before Obamacare. Yea, under both Bush Jr and Bush Sr.
It hasn't changed no matter what political party controlled congress or the presidential office.

Guess who voted those presidents and congress in? We did.
