In this case I would like to see this one tried in federal court. The feds still have the DP.

With the amount of evidence he will be found guilty.

I doubt seriously if enhanced techniques will be necessary.

I can think of worse treatment than water boarding.

Having to listen to either obama, or hilary, or kerry, or pelosi, or feinstein, or bawney fwank......

He is a citizen.

It is not a stretch to think that if TPTB use enhanced interrogation on him, they will do the same to us when they deem it necessary. Remember, all it takes for us to be designated as domestic terrorists is the whim of government. If we approve of violating this man's rights, a citizen, regardless of his crimes, we then approve of the trampling of our rights by the same government.
