Nope, don't agree. I don't see anything there about having to meet your idea of reasonable restrictions. If you can point out where it is written there I will agree.

Here is why. I know CHL's are not criminals. I know most have qualified on the range and can properly handle a weapon.
What scares me are the people who used to be armed at home, never been to the range, and do not know how to safely handle a weapon the weapon 18 inches from them. Am I the only one?
