I actually caught this yesterday on an IG live feed. Pretty interesting concept and makes sense on making it faster to chase the dot. Did you have any regrets about getting the Glock 48 or Maple Leaf Firearms milling your slide? I had them do some slide serrations on my Glock 43 and 21 and was very happy with the work. The 43 I had them do over a year ago (pre pandemic) and they let me bring it to them and they milled it while I waited. Very cool and great service. I bought a 43x frame earlier in the year. Got all the Shield Arms goodies on it. And I was simply swapping over my 43 slide when I wanted something with a little more capacity. Found that Suarez International was selling complete milled slides with a comp on it for the 43x/48. It was a package where you send them the frame, the put their trigger on it and stipple the frame. A month into my 2.5 month wait to get it back, Glock comes out with the MOS version of the 43x/48 that has a light rail. I spent quite a bit of money on the Suarez setup and I would have probably been better off with the Glock MOS. Especially with the trouble I had with it initially
