No issues for me. I had both shots earlier in the year and the booster a month or so ago. Other than a sore arm (which I get with any shot), I was fine. I have had a couple of friends that got both the booster and the flu shot at the same time and they had issues where they were sick for 2-3 days. Even before they told me this, I would have never suggested getting both shots at the same time.
