Ahh someone from the Department of Redundancy Department must have visited them and ensured they were in compliance.snatchel wrote:Just a couple of circle-slash gun signs on both doors, and of course the unlicensed possesion signs on the doors.

Re: Uptown Liquor Store offers 10% Discount w/ CHL
Gun busters don't matter with a CHL, 51% of sales only matters if it is for on premises consumption. If you see a 51% sign then the odds are that they are a 51% location, if you see an "unlicensed possession ..." sign and no 30.06/51% then you can carry. If you see both an "Unlicensed possession..." and a 51% then you have to use your own judgement and please contact the TABC to report the location so they can clear up the issue.snatchel wrote:Wish this was in San Angelo. Ok. So I have a question that I should probably know from class, but lets just say my instructor was not that great, and I actually corrected him a few times in his error (Thanks to the up to date info on this forum). If a liquor store is improperly posted--gun buster signs-- can I walk in? Pinkie's, a liquor store here in San Angelo has gun buster signs on the doors, but they are not even close to 30.06 compatable. Of course they generate 51% from liquor, but it can not be consumed on their property.... Someone yell at me for asking a stupid question and give me the answer![]()
