Yeah, When I called Taurus about the issue originally they told me the guns were designed that way for a reason. Kinda reminds me of Microsoft's "Its not a bug, It's a feature." garbage. All new production 24/7 guns should be the newer style, but there may still be some older versions out there in dealers cases waiting to be sold still.Sarge1208 wrote:G.A. When you get your 24/7 PRO check to ensure it is the newer version (Without the ribber grip). The older versions can have their safety engaged under some instances and still be capable of being fired. To my knowledge Taurus has corrected this in the OSS versions and the PRO version with a solid plastic grip (no rubber ribs).
