Re: Hunter Xiden is pardoned by his father the President

The pardon doesn't protect against state level prosecutions or civil actions. He can always depend on those to preserve his 5th amendment protections.

Re: DELETED FROM TEXAS GUN TALK

Cotton Derangement Syndrom is even worse than Trump Derangement Syndrom since it's pro-gunners exclusively hating their own and CDS has been around longer than TDS.

Re: FACT CHECK: What Actually Happened with All the "Trump" 2020 Election Lawsuits - Viva & Barnes

I like Viva and Barnes, even though Barnes has a tendency to lean heavily towards the corruption/conspiracy side (Even when it isn't callled for). He knows the law and he knows history. Viva on the other hand being a Canadian attorney in the U.S. asks a lot of questions that let's you learn a lot fr...

Re: 2nd Assassination attempt against Pres. Trump

Alex Jones has been saying they would try again since the first attempt. Guess it's time to add more to the jar: https://i.redd.it/fmnunx384v171.png AJ says a lot of things, him being right could be attributed as much to the shot gun effect as it could be to actually knowing/discovering something.

Re: 2nd Assassination attempt against Pres. Trump

What I understand so far, The shooter had an AK pattern rifle and scope, a USSS agent a hole or two ahead of Trump spotted the barrel of the rifle and fired on it. The suspect fled. Agents recovered two back packs with ceramic tiles or ceramic plates (depending on who is reporting) in them at the sc...

Re: NM: Hand gun with trigger pulled by Alec Baldwin in rehearsal kills one injures one

I'm not a lawyer so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but what relevance would the ammo have since Baldwin wasn't charged with bringing live rounds or any type of cartridges to the set. He pointed a revolver at a person and pulled the trigger, mishandling the weapon and violating the first rul...

Re: Why did the Secret Service anti sniper wait until the sniper fired to kill him? Needed permission?Rules of engagemen

I don't know about you but an untrained shooter who was rejected by the school shooting team taking a 130 yard head shot with iron sights on a hot metal roof and clipping the targets ear while knowing that the moment he pressed the trigger that he was signing his death warrant is pretty impressive. ...

Re: Why did the Secret Service anti sniper wait until the sniper fired to kill him? Needed permission?Rules of engagemen

The counter sniper team was not Secret Service, but local LEOs if I understand it correctly. It is possible that they believed the shooter was from the Secret Service or another agency based on his position (It's a position I would have assigned a team to, even if it was just to secure the location,...

Re: NM: Hand gun with trigger pulled by Alec Baldwin in rehearsal kills one injures one

I didn't see this myself, but according to Adam Baldwin (No relation to Alec Baldwin) the Judge stated she was not only a fan of the defendants movies but a fan of his politics and even smiled at someone associated with Baldwin after the dismissal. This statement was on Andrew Branca's zoom session ...

Re: NM: Hand gun with trigger pulled by Alec Baldwin in rehearsal kills one injures one

I’m reading that this prosecution misconduct may open the door to Hannah Gutierrez Reed’s conviction being overturned because the same evidence was withheld at her trial. Andrew Branca also has an article about the potentially illegal dismissal w/ prejudice. But this might be a difficult appeal for...

Find an appraiser locally, One alternative is the Blue Book of Gun Values. Re: 2024 NRA B.O.D. ballot

In 1977 Neal Knox and Harlon Carter led what is known as the revolt at Cincinnati where the NRA board of directors were replaced and many changes were implemented. Jeff Knox is Neal's son, and Jeff wants to see the NRA operate more like The Firearms Coalition. Speaking of The Firearms Coalition, Jef...
