That's what I think, if a person requires a wheelchair AND receives social security benefits she or he would be disqualified from a firearm purchase. The 2nd issue comes to my mind is the waste of tax money spent with time and effort invested in such a nonsense while the real issues like border security, gand crime, drug related crimes etc. are too challenging for the very same group of individuals coming up with nonsense like that.
There wasn't an elderly or disabled individual shooting up a cinema or a military base.
