Re: Sphinx SDP Compact
Oh wow, $700 with the extra mag and just 760 rounds fired is an awesome offer. Did you already sell it? Not yet. It is sitting in my safe at the moment. I already have one with over 10k rounds through it but ... let me count my beans really quick. I think I even have some Euro dollar left from Germ...

Re: Dick's to stop selling assault style rifles.
I never saw a real reason for shopping there and pay for overprized merchandize! In regards to the topic subject I think they have the right to stop selling particular items but showing a political interest will surely keep a group of customers away from the business. Not sure how smart the manageme...

Re: My First CZ Pisol
Congratulations Carl and welcome to the CZ club. My first CZ experience was similar to yours, on my first range trip I had all 16 rounds of my 75B in or very close to the bulls eye at 10 yards and I swear by any means on my 2nd trip, after cleaning and lubricating the gun I spent 16 rounds and there...

Re: Double-stack 9mm with the thinnest grip
The Sphinc SDP sub compact has a 13 round flush fit magazine and a rather slim grip. Sizewise it feels like a Glock 26 with a taller grip and it is a CZ knockoff made in Switzerland. It is the most accurate out of the box handgun I own and it is reliable with high quality ammunition. The overall bui...

My keepers are H&K P30 and P30SK, most used at the range. I wil also keep all my CZ's, Walther PPS M2, Sphinx SDP sub compact and the compact.
Would I aquire a SIG P365? I doubt you need to twist my arm about it but keeping it is another topic

Re: The p365, g27 and musings of size efficency.
I'd wait with the acquisition of a SIG P365 or any other brand until there is a reputation built. As TAM said there is a video on youtube showing failures to go in battery, be careful what you ask for. On the other hand it is a sub $600 gun from a manufacturer with a good reputation for high end mod...

Re: TX: Houston kidnapping victim accidentally killed by FBI during raid
I am also curious how the victim was bound or tied up that he could grab the gun and make the agent believe he was about to lose it. He loses his "tool" to break the window then sticks his rifle in the window far enough for someone to grab it. Also, no lights? Entering a dark room by brea...

Re: Memphis, TN: Moronic social media challenge ends with gunshot to the head
Another example of you can't fix stupid!!! True statement but why would one try to fix stupidity anyway? The sad part is the waste of tax payers investment to send the shooter to prison. The victim is recovering from the "game" and therefore the perp won't face murder charges anyway. The ...

Re: Memphis, TN: Moronic social media challenge ends with gunshot to the head
The rule was not to pull the trigger. It wouldn't surprise me if the 21 year old says he just cheated but didn't actually wan to shoot.I'm just surprised Youtube didn't pull that crap right away. The stupidity of those isn't a surprise and I think it is not the last of such. And yes, I agree, 2 thug...

Re: Blind student
In regards to the original post: If you claim your company or as an individual providing service to public you do not have to teach the student and/ or provide and exam. If you claim to be ADA compliant it is a different story and then you have to provide the test in braille or oral format. As far a...

Re: Walther CCP Disassembly and Reassembly Improved?
I bought a Walther CCP about 3 month ago and had a failure after 75 rounds. There was a plastic piece broke which is to my best understanding an essential part of the recoil system and I could not take the slide off because of that broken piece of plastic. I seent the gun in and Walther USA returned...
