Re: Goose Stepping
I'm having a political heart attack. Let me die. I already died before. I went to Iraq. I died when my wife cheated on me. I died when a mortar round landed a foot from me. I died when an IED killed my friend. I died when my brother was blown up four times[he lived]. I died when I was sent home and ...

Re: Goose Stepping
Having to find records that might not even exist, because I was a Private in training and because I was assaulted when I was Staff Sargent makes me 'GOOSE STEP'. I hate this process with my whole heart. Cheerios can't save me now.

Goose Stepping
Seriously, I feel like I have to be Goose Stepping in order to get my CHL. My right to defend myself and my family is a decision that gets to be made by some people far away. OK?

Re: Since Aug 15th, 1971...
We are in a world that is entirely ran by fiat. I don't want to take up a camp site on the two opposing views to economics because that would mean that I would be jumping across the river too often in order to appease both points of view. I know that both systems are flawed. If we are going to move ...

Since Aug 15th, 1971...
Has anyone bought gold? I wish I had the opportunity at that time to get some for less than $50 per ounce. Keynes and the school of thought that he spurred would have us think that Austrian style economics is outdated. What if there really is no solution to the problems that both schools of thought ...

Re: An Experience...To remember and share
Thanks for the feed back. My wife is fine and busy as ever with her studies. An 'Israeli' bandage is now standard in my range bag. You never know when something might not go as planned. Even though we did not have any life threatening injuries, it opened my eyes to the possibility of them. A militar...

An Experience...To remember and share
I took my wife with me to the range to continue the break in of our new Taurus TCP 780. She had been to the range with me several times before. I had my .40 with me so I was firing that while she handled the pocket pistol. I had already given her a refresher on safety and we were off to a great star...
Re: Cadence
JP171, I appreciate your response. I am trying to 'unearth' the 'lyrics' that can't be found online at the moment. Example: "Two good friends went out to play" and something about Ranger Rick and Yogi bear on a hill with Boo Boo taking the kill...And the guy that went to the market...Its n...

Re: need to remember
Sometimes I feel the same way. It seems like there is an assault on my senses at every turn. Corporations want my money. Businesses want my time. Health scares abound. Things need maintenance. Children need attention. My wife is confusing. My old dog is annoying. The water tastes funny. The bug repe...
Cadence
Anyone have any military cadence that is not mainstream? I would like to see it. I can hardly remember my own or the others that I heard that have never made into Hollywood.

Re: Video from Patrick Requesting Campus Carry
Campus carry is important to me, even though I'm new to this and am still waiting on my CHL (few days more, hopefully). I am going to school as a non-traditional student that has over 11 years in the Army and I really don't feel comfortable leaving my pistol in my vehicle while I am in class. Additi...

Re: failed carjacking.
I have noticed an uptick in criminal behavior in my own neighborhood here in El Paso. The population density in my area has increased over the last 8 years with the construction of many new apartment buildings. Traffic is getting worse and the loud music and fast or blinged out cars speeding through...
