that's true, definitely can see an immediate armed threat and the first couple of shots were definitely warranted. after those first couple of shots his arms dropped quite a bit and was probably a little overkill... but any leo will tell you that it doesn't matter how many shots as long as a threat hasnt been stopped. we can't see from the video if the first few shots stopped him or not. i seriously doubt though that as far as he dropped his arms that he was still an immediate threat.....if he was on his feet whole nother ballgame but it seemed as if he followed shooting all the way to the ground and then some....BigGuy wrote:Its' hard to see where everybody is.
