NOTE: Starting with cracking down on more than 100,000 "registered" gang bangers in Chicago, your hometown, is a good start.
the problem isn't gun themselves it's the criminals that get their hands on them....fix the justice system and you'll have less "gun crime". Even then it's not "gun crime" that is the problem it's crime in general. The morals of this country and 95% of the people living it flew out the window long ago and it's going to take another civil war or seceding to have any hope of getting the problems under control....
