I have shot both, and they both feel really good. I just thought that I would ask around here for some opinions. If you can find an almost brand new 1991 for 400, please let me know where!

Decisions...Decisions

I have the green light from my old lady to purchase a new weapon to go along with my new CHL. My boss recently purchased a Colt 1991a1 compact and has offered it to me for what he paid for it. It is in great shape with only about 200 rounds through it. However, I have been eying a brand new glock 30...

Sorry to confuse you, but I am not looking to sell it for him. He approached me if I was interested in buying it. He has shot about 150 rounds through it and it has one small scratch on it.

I was looking to get opinions on the model itself and whether 500 is a fair price.

Colt 1991A-1 Compact

Got a buddy at work that is trying to sell this handgun. I am still fairly new to the world of handguns, so I thought that I would ask around here for opinions. He is selling it for 500.00. It is all stock, no upgrades. What do you guys think?

I know the armor that we were issued when I went to Iraq would stop a 7.62 round but not a 5.56. I am not a bullet expert, but it was something about the speed of the round.
