If you have a significant lack of hips & butt like I do, this can be a problem...holster or not. My solution is Perry suspenders.... http://www.perrysuspenders.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I use the Outback/uBEE suspenders under a shirt.....holds my pants securely and allows my shirt to be tucked in.

You can even get a shoulder holster version....
