He's an idiot, but I think I get what he's saying... It's possible to purchase - that is, have the purchase go through on the seller side of a classed weapon if you're using a corporation as a veil for the appropriate license and hiding the felony.
Is it a problem worth solving? Only if you're interested in more legislation.
